You can find us at Cumballa Hill in Mumbai. We are on the first floor of Nanik Niwas, which is building number 91 on Bhulabhai Desai Road. It’s an old part of the city, near Omer Park. The office has that classic Mumbai feel to it, with high ceilings and old windows. We do intertrade work, mostly dealing with textiles and fabrics. It’s a quiet area compared to some of the busier markets, but we still have a lot of work coming through. The room number is 12B. We usually have samples spread out over the tables and files stacked up. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place where we sit and talk to suppliers and customers. Sometimes we take a walk down the road just to get some air because it can get cramped with all the boxes. The traffic on Bhulabhai Desai Road is usually pretty bad, so we hear the horns all day. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for reaching other parts of South Mumbai. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use fancy systems, just a lot of lists and phone calls. Usually, there are three or four of us in the office at once. We handle the paperwork and make sure the trades go through without too much trouble. It is a modest setup in a nice part of town where we just focus on the daily trade.
