Star Health Allide Insurance Company Ltd.

We are over at Room No. 161/2 in Shastri Nagar, right near the Hanuman Mandir. This is part of the T. B Colony on Cst Road. It’s a small office, nothing like those big glass buildings you see downtown. We handle insurance stuff for Star Health and Allied Insurance Company Ltd. People come in with their forms and questions, and we try to help them figure out what they need to do. There is a lot of paperwork involved, so the desks are usually covered in files and documents. The area around the Hanuman Mandir is always lively, and we can hear the bells and the people outside all day. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the main office or explaining things to customers who walk in. Some days are slow, and we just sit and catch up on filing. Other days, the room is full of people wanting to get their health coverage sorted out. We don’t use any fancy language or try to sell things people don't want. We just explain the plans as they are. It gets a bit cramped when more than three people are in here at once. We usually have the door open to let some air in. It’s just a regular local office trying to keep things organized for the residents nearby.
