Spring Buds Activity Centre

We've been here in Juhu for a while now. It's at Plot No 50 in the Vaishnodevi Building. Most people know the spot because we are right across from Arogya Nidhi Hospital on N S Road No 12. It gets pretty busy around here in the afternoons when the kids start arriving. We mostly spend our time setting up for different things, like drawing or little games. The space isn't huge but it works for what we do. Sometimes the floor gets messy with glitter or bits of paper, but that's just part of it. We try to keep things organized but on some days it’s a bit of a scramble. People from the neighborhood usually just walk over or drop their kids off on the way to the market. It’s a local place, nothing fancy. We have a few rooms where different stuff happens. One room is mostly for the louder activities and another is for sitting down and focusing. The light comes in nicely through the windows in the morning. Usually, the staff arrives early to get the tables ready. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and someone is usually there to say hello. It feels like a normal part of the Juhu community. We see the same faces every week and everyone knows where the water cooler is. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here at Spring Buds Activity Centre. We’ve had to replace the rug a couple of times because of the heavy use.
