We are located on the ground floor of Arun Chambers in Tardeo. It’s unit number 21. If you know Mumbai, you know Tardeo is always moving. Spice Travel Pvt Ltd has been based here for quite some time now. Being on the ground floor is great because people can just walk in. We spend most of our day on the phone or on our computers looking up flights and trips. It’s a busy office, usually with papers everywhere and the sound of people talking. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a practical space for a travel business. We’ve lived in this city our whole lives, so we know how stressful planning a trip can be. That’s why we just sit here and try to help people figure things out. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like a giant corporation. We are just a small team in Tardeo. The office at Arun Chambers is like a second home to us. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some are regulars who have been coming to us for a long time. We appreciate that connection. It’s just how things work here. We keep it honest and try to get the details right for every traveler. It’s not always easy with the Mumbai pace, but we make it work every day from our little corner on the ground floor.
