Sparkle Productions

Our studio, Sparkle Productions, is situated in the Sanjay Building No 5 over in Andheri East. We are in units B 77 and 78, which is right near the Bharat Petroleum station. The area is always buzzing with trucks and bikes, so it’s a very lively spot. Inside, it’s a different story. We have cables running across the floor and black curtains to keep the light out. It’s a working production house, so don’t expect it to look like a showroom. There are always half-finished edits on the screens and empty coffee cups on the desks. We do videos and photos, but mostly we just spend a lot of time trying to get the equipment to behave. We don’t have a big receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us sitting on the floor fixing a light stand or looking at footage. We’ve been in this building for several years now and we know the other business owners in the complex. It’s a community of people just trying to get their work done. We don't do big marketing campaigns for ourselves. Usually, people find out about us from a friend or a former client. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when a deadline is coming up, but we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s just honest, hard work in a noisy part of town that never really sleeps.
