We are based out of the Capsulation Premises in Deonar. If you know the area, it’s mostly industrial and can get quite dusty with all the trucks moving around. The building itself has been here for years, and we occupy a decent-sized space for the work we do. Most of the day is spent handling the machines and making sure the capsules are being produced the right way. It’s not the quietest environment, as the hum of the equipment is constant from morning until the shift ends. We have quite a few people working here, mostly locals from the nearby parts of Mumbai. The commute to Deonar can be tough depending on the train schedule, but we make it work. Inside, it’s all about the production lines. We don't spend much time on decorating the office or making things look pretty for visitors. It’s a factory setting, plain and simple. Boxes get moved, batches get checked, and the floor stays busy. Sometimes the heat in the summer makes it a bit much, but that’s just part of working in an industrial block. We’ve been at this for a long time, so everyone knows their role. The paperwork is always a mountain, but we chip away at it every day. It’s a lot of repetitive movement, but it keeps the business going. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish the batches on time.
