It’s usually pretty loud in our kitchen over at Shop No.3 in Varsha Tower. We are located in Sheetal Nagar, which is right in the heart of Mira Road in Thane. Being near St. Joseph Church makes it easy for people to find us, though the local traffic can be a real headache on some days. We spend most of our time worrying about whether the salt is just right or if the biryani will be enough for everyone at a party. It’s a messy business, honestly. There are boxes stacked in corners and the phone just doesn’t stop ringing once the wedding season starts up. We aren't a big fancy corporation with a polished office. It’s just us, some heavy cooking pots, and a lot of lists written on scrap paper. Sometimes we forget to take a proper lunch break because we are too busy making sure someone else's lunch is ready to go out the door. It gets incredibly hot in the kitchen, and the Thane weather doesn't help much either. We’ve been at this for a while now, just handling events one by one as they come. It’s not always glamorous, despite what people might think about the events industry. Most days it’s just lifting heavy crates and making sure the tablecloths aren’t wrinkled before the guests show up. We try to keep things simple and honest. If you need food and a setup, we figure it out. There’s no big secret to it.
