Sigma Couriers

Sigma Couriers operates out of room 202 in the Tanishka building. The address is a bit of a mix, mentioning Kandivali East and Andheri West, but we are right there in the middle of the action. Our office is mostly just a hub for packages and envelopes. Every morning, the place gets filled with bags and boxes that need to go to different parts of the city or even further away. It’s a lot of sorting and checking labels to make sure nothing goes to the wrong person. We don’t have a fancy tracking system that looks like a spaceship control room. It’s mostly just us using our clipboards and a basic computer setup. The room is often cluttered with stacks of parcels, and there’s usually a delivery guy waiting by the door. It can get a bit chaotic when a lot of orders come in at once, but we just take it one package at a time. We aren't a massive global firm with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team trying to keep the deliveries moving as best as we can. Sometimes a bike breaks down or a driver gets stuck in the rain, and we have to adjust our plans on the fly. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We don't use much marketing talk; we just focus on getting the mail delivered.
