You can find us on the ground floor over at 75 Bharuch Street. We are right by Masjid and the Goodluck Chowk area. It’s a very busy part of the city, especially with all the movement around Deccan Gymjhana. We’re directly opposite Anna Bhuvan, so that’s the easiest way to tell people where to find us. Being a courier service, our doors are always swinging open with people dropping off envelopes or picking up parcels. The office is usually full of boxes stacked up against the walls, waiting to be sorted and sent out. It’s a bit noisy outside with the traffic and the local market sounds, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been handling deliveries for the neighborhood for quite some time. We don't have a big staff, just a group of guys who know the local routes well. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy on the desk, but we never lose track of a package. People know where to find us since we’ve been at this same spot for years. It’s a simple setup—a few tables, a scale for weighing things, and plenty of packing tape. We don't go in for all those high-tech tracking screens you see in big companies; we just make sure the bag gets to the right address. Masjid area is always humming with energy, and Bharuch Street is no exception. We know the local tea sellers and the other shop owners around the chowk. It feels like a real community here. Anyway, we just do everything by hand.
