We operate out of Shreya House on Pereira Hill Road, which is in the Chakala area of Andheri East. It’s a part of Mumbai that’s always on the move. Our specific spot is 301-A. Shreya Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. has been situated here for quite a while now. The road can be a bit of a climb, but it gives us a decent view of the neighborhood. The office itself is set up for efficiency, not for showing off to visitors. We have different departments spread out, but everyone knows everyone else. It’s a busy environment with a lot of chatter about life sciences and distribution schedules. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from delivery drivers to other office workers. The air conditioning is usually running full blast because of the Mumbai heat. We don't have any polished mission statements on the walls. Instead, you’ll see calendars, maps, and lists of tasks that need to be finished. Lunchtime usually involves people sharing food brought from home or someone heading out to grab a quick bite from the corner. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. We’ve seen the area around Chakala change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up all the time, but we’ve stayed right here on Pereira Hill Road. It’s a solid location for us, even with the traffic jams that occasionally block up the street outside. We just focus on our daily responsibilities and keep the wheels turning without much drama.
