Shreya Fashion Export

We are located over in Lower Parel, which used to be all mills back in the day. Our spot, Shreya Fashion Export, is in the Dhanraj Mill Compound. It’s specifically in the Dhanlaxmi Co-Operative Premises Society, Unit No. 9 on the ground floor of Building C/26. Finding it can be a little confusing because the compound is quite big and there are lots of different units tucked away in corners. We do fashion exports, so there’s always a lot of activity. Boxes are constantly being packed and moved. It’s a ground floor unit, which makes it easier for loading, but it still gets pretty tight in there. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. We’ve been here for a while and we know all the other business owners in the compound. It’s a good community. We don't have a big office with air conditioning everywhere; it's mostly just a working space. We deal with a lot of paperwork because of the export side of things. It’s just me and a couple of assistants handling everything from the orders to the shipping. We don't try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a small outfit in an old mill area. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s how we like it. We get the work done and that’s what matters at the end of the day. It is what it is.
