You can find us over at Dattaram Lad Marg in the Kalachowky area. We are located in the Bombay Cotton Mill Estate, which has a lot of history behind it. Specifically, we are at B-23 on the ground floor. Being in Mumbai, space is always a bit tight, but the mill estate has these high ceilings that make it feel a bit bigger. The ground floor is convenient because we don't have to deal with elevators when moving goods in and out. It gets pretty noisy outside with the traffic on the main road, but inside we just focus on the textile business. Kalachowky is a busy part of the city, and being in an old mill estate gives it a certain feel that you don't get in the newer glass buildings. We like it here because it feels real. There’s no marble floor or receptionist at the front. It’s just us and the work. Usually, there are rolls of fabric sitting around or being packed up for delivery. We've been here long enough that the security guards and the neighbors all know us. We keep our operations simple and don't try to make it something it isn't. The mill estate has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always movement around the compound. It’s a solid place to be for a textile company in the middle of Mumbai. We just open up the shutters and get through the day's list of things to do.
