If you ever walk past the Borivali railway station, you have probably seen Sai Shopping Mall right there on S V Road. Our shop is number 10 on the ground floor. It is a small space, but we pack a lot into it. Being a courier service means we are constantly dealing with parcels, envelopes, and a lot of tape. The sound of packing tape being pulled is probably the most common noise in our shop. It gets really busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to send their packages before we close. We have people coming in and out all day. Some are regulars who live nearby, and others are just passing through from the station. The counter is usually piled high with items waiting to be sorted. It is a bit chaotic at times, but we have a rhythm. We are not a huge operation with fancy tech; we just write down the details, weigh the bags, and get them ready for the vans. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it pours during the monsoon and we have to make sure nothing gets wet. The mall itself is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a dull moment. We just focus on getting the parcels out on time. It is a straightforward job, and we have been doing it at this Borivali West location for a while now. Just a local courier shop trying to keep up with the daily rush of the city.
