Shree Dhanya Textile Mills Privatelimited operates out of the Devdarshan building. We are in unit 201-B on the second floor. The address is Plot No. 424A, B on Mogal Lane, which is off Pandit Satavalekar Marg. It is a busy little corner of the neighborhood. The second floor stays pretty cool even when it’s humid outside. We handle a lot of the mill's paperwork and coordination from this office. There are always people coming in and out of Mogal Lane, so it never stays quiet for long. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit all the textile files and samples into 201-B. The building itself is an older one, called Devdarshan, and everyone in the area knows it. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to the mill workers or the buyers. There’s a certain smell of old paper and cloth that stays in the air here. We don’t have fancy furniture or a modern reception area. It is just a place with sturdy tables and a few computers where the real work gets done. Most of us have been coming to this same spot on Pandit Satavalekar Marg for a long time. It feels like home even if it’s just our workplace. You can see the street life from the windows on the second floor. It’s a very local way of doing things, keeping it simple and focusing on the textiles.
