If you're looking for Shop Cool, you have to head to Janjikar Street. We are on the third floor of the Jainab Building, specifically in Room No. 6 at Plot No. 105. It’s right in Masjid Bunder West, which is always packed with people and energy. Getting up to the third floor can be a bit of a workout, but it’s quiet once you get inside. We started this because we saw a gap in what was available in the market. We aren't a big retail chain with shiny floors and bright lights. It’s just a small room where we store our stock and handle orders. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped with all the boxes, but we make it work. We don't have a team of sales people trying to pressure you into buying things. It’s mostly just us answering emails or taking calls. We try to be as helpful as we can without being annoying. Being in Masjid Bunder means we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a gritty, real part of the city, and we like that about it. Our business isn't about being fancy; it's about getting the right products to the people who want them. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that.
