Shloka Pictures

Shloka Pictures is tucked away on the second floor of the Jagruti building, specifically Flat No 4. We are part of the Panchalai Cooperative Housing Society in Malad West, not far from Malwani Nankalyan Nagar. It’s a quiet enough spot for a creative business, though the sounds of the neighborhood still drift in. We don't have a big studio with flashing lights and expensive carpets. Our space is more like a home office where we handle all the editing and planning for our projects. It’s a bit crowded with hard drives, cameras, and coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. Running a picture business from a housing society means we know our neighbors well. We aren't some big film production house; we’re just a small group of people who enjoy capturing things on camera. Sometimes we’re out all day on a shoot, and other times we’re stuck in the office for hours staring at screens. It’s a bit of a mixed bag. We don't have a polished corporate image. We just work hard on what’s in front of us and try to make sure every project turns out okay. Malad West has a lot of energy, and being near Malwani gives us plenty of inspiration. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving any time soon.
