We set up shop in Borivali West 1 a long time ago. It is a tiny place filled with phone cases, chargers, and colorful wires hanging from the walls. People stop by mostly for quick mobile recharges or to ask why their phone isn't working right today. We spend a lot of time looking at small screens and poking at SIM cards with those little metal tools. The glass counter is covered in light scratches from years of phones being slid across it. On hot days, we leave the door open to get a breeze, even if it brings in the dust from the street. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main market, which is nice for us. We handle a lot of small repairs, like broken screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. You get to see all kinds of people, from kids looking for a cheap plastic cover to older folks who need help figuring out a new app on their smartphone. We don't have any big neon advertisements, just the name over the door. Sometimes we sit on the stools outside when there are no customers to talk to. It’s just a regular local shop where we fix things and sell basic accessories. We’ve seen phones change a lot over the years, from those old button ones to the big touchscreens everyone has now. It’s just us here every day, making sure people can stay connected with their friends and family without too much trouble or high costs.
