We’re over here at the project office right across from the domestic airport in Vile Parle East. It’s usually pretty busy, being so close to Hotel Sahara Star. Most days, our team is just heads down working on plans and drawings. Being an architecture and engineering firm means there is always a lot of technical stuff to handle, but we try to keep things moving. The office itself is functional and a bit plain, honestly. You hear the planes taking off and landing all day, but you get used to that after a while. Our staff at Norr Architects Engineers Planners spends a lot of time on site or huddled around desks looking at big blueprints. It’s not a fancy setup, just a place where the planning happens for the big builds in the area. People coming in usually know where we are because of the landmark. Vile Parle East has a lot of energy, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay on top of the various projects we have going. We’ve got engineers and planners all in one spot, which makes it easier to talk things through without needing a bunch of emails back and forth. It gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, especially during the middle of the week when deadlines are close. We just focus on getting the designs right and making sure the math is solid. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have much time for flashy stuff, just keeping the projects on track.
