Pronto Facility Services Pvt. Ltd. operates out of A-502 in Pranik Chambers. Our office is right at Saki Naka Junction, which everyone knows is one of the busiest spots in Andheri East. The traffic outside is constant, but once you get up to the fifth floor, it’s a bit more manageable. We handle facility services, which basically means we take care of things so other people don't have to worry about them. Our team is usually out on the field, so the office is often just a home base for the paperwork and phone calls. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We have desks, some filing cabinets, and a phone that rings quite a bit. We don't go in for fancy slogans or big promises. We just try to show up and do what needs to be done. Saki Vihar Road is always a mess of cars and people, but it’s a good place for a business like ours because we are central to everything. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building. We’re still here because we keep our heads down and work. It’s a straightforward way of living. We treat our staff and the people we help like neighbors. That’s just how we were raised to do things. It works for us. We just keep moving forward, one day and one task at a time.
