You can find Arcman Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at the Ascent Business Centre in the Sej Plaza on Marve Road. We are right near Nutan School in Malad. It is a busy stretch of road and finding parking can be a real pain sometimes. Our office is number 32. We work on energy solutions, which sounds complicated but mostly involves a lot of planning and looking at technical specs. We are not a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are a tight-knit team that spends a lot of time discussing projects over tea. The office is pretty standard—desks, a few filing cabinets, and a whiteboard that is usually covered in diagrams and notes. We do not have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to help our clients save some energy and get their systems running better. Sometimes we have to go out on site, which means the office is empty for a few hours. We do not mind the commute too much, though the rain in Mumbai can make things tricky. We like being in this part of Malad because it is easy for most of us to get to. We are not trying to change the world overnight. We just want to provide a solid service and make sure our work stands up over time. It is straightforward and we try to keep it that way.
