We've been at Shop No 118 in Marwadi Wadi for a while now. Most people around Parel know where we are. It’s just Star Line Services, nothing fancy. We handle the day-to-day stuff that comes up. My cousin actually helped me set the place up a few years back. The shop isn't huge but it gets the job done. People drop by when they need something sorted out. Usually, it's busy in the mornings. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, other times it's quiet enough to have a tea. We aren't trying to be some big city corporation. We just open the shutters, do the work, and go home to our families. If you’re walking through the wadi, you’ll see our sign. It's a bit faded from the sun, but you can’t miss it. We know most of the neighbors by name. It’s a tight-knit spot. We don't spend money on fancy ads or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth. That’s just how it works here in Parel. We don't promise anything crazy, just the usual work done right. It's been a long road keeping a small place like this running, but we enjoy the routine. Every day is a bit different. One day it's a small fix, the next it's something bigger. We just take it as it comes. We’re just local people doing what we know how to do.
