One Call Home Care Solution

We have been over here at Tagore Nagar on S V Road for a while now. It is a busy spot, especially around the 4/378/4449 block where our small office is tucked in. Mostly we spend our days answering the phone and getting people sent out to help with stuff around the house. It could be a leaky tap or something with the wiring, usually the things people just can't fix on their own without the right tools. The traffic on SV road gets pretty bad in the afternoons, so we try to plan our routes early in the morning. It’s just a small group of us here. We keep our tools and supplies organized in the back room, or at least we try to when it’s not too hectic. People stop by sometimes to ask about what we do, and we just tell them we handle the basic home maintenance things that pile up. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular workplace where we get on with the job. Most of our guys grew up around this part of town, so they know the shortcuts through the side streets. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit lately. New shops come and go, but we’re still here in the same building. We usually have the radio on during the day while we sort out the schedules. It is just how we run things, keeping it straightforward and making sure the work gets done when someone calls us up.
