Our place is in the Swastik Disa Business Park, unit 412. It is right on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West, just behind the Vadhani Estate. If you have ever driven down LBS Marg, you know the traffic can be a real headache, but it is a good spot for business. We handle fabrics and textiles from this office. It is a typical Mumbai setup—efficient but a bit crowded. We have got shelves full of fabric swatches and folders piled up. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting at the computer dealing with the supply chain. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Mumbai, just a reliable one that gets the job done. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around, but that gives us time to chat with the neighbors. We deal with all sorts of people, from local vendors to bigger suppliers. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication to make sure the quality is what it should be. The office is our main base, and while it isn't huge, it works for what we need. We do not do much in the way of advertising; most people find us through word of mouth or by being in the same circles. If you are coming by, just head to the fourth floor. There is usually someone here from morning until late afternoon. We just focus on the fabrics.
