Our office for Shagun Party Organizer & Wedding Planner is in Fofalwadi, a little lane in the Bhuleshwar area near Charni Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how narrow these lanes are. We are right next to the Surti Hotel, so the smell of food is always around us. Planning weddings and parties from here is quite a task because the area is so crowded with shops and people. We have a small space where we keep all our books and samples. It’s not a fancy studio with air conditioning that works all the time. It’s just a traditional office where we sit down and figure out the details for our clients. Bhuleshwar is the heart of the wedding market, so it makes sense for us to be here. We spend our days walking to different vendors nearby to check on fabrics or decorations. It’s a lot of legwork. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We know the local streets like the back of our hand. Sometimes the noise from the market is a bit much, but it gives us energy too. We don't believe in using big marketing words. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. Being next to Surti Hotel is a blessing because we never go hungry. It’s a simple life of organizing celebrations in a very busy part of town.
