We are based over at Goregaon East, specifically at 1701/A in Oberoi Woods. It is more of a practical office space than anything else. We spend most of our hours there at Mohan Gok trying to make sure various events actually happen the way they are supposed to. It is a lot of paperwork and making phone calls to people who sometimes don't pick up. We don't do the flashy stuff you see in movies. Most of our work is just logistics, like making sure there are enough bathrooms or that the power cables are long enough for the speakers. Goregaon East is a busy area, so just getting to a venue can take us forever some days. We are a small team and we don't have a big corporate manual or anything like that. We just talk to each other and try to stay organized. Sometimes things get pretty stressful when a vendor backs out at the last minute, but we just find someone else and keep moving. The office is usually a bit of a mess with floor plans and scraps of paper everywhere. We don't really mind, though, as long as the work gets done. It’s just us trying to help people put on their shows and gatherings without too many hiccups. We take things as they come and don't try to over-complicate the process. It is a lot of regular, hard work behind the scenes.
