Seth Enterprises

Andheri East is always a bit of a mess with the traffic on CSC Road. Seth Enterprises is located right inside the Krishna Dying Compound at number 46. It is an old industrial area, so the walls have seen better days. We do a lot of supply work and general enterprise stuff. The compound is always full of trucks loading and unloading things, so getting a parking spot is almost impossible. We have a few rooms filled with stock and a small area where we keep the books. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have a couple of old fans that do the trick. People know us in the neighborhood as the place that’s been around forever. We don't do much advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or by getting lost looking for another unit. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the back door, but we just put a bucket there and carry on. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass doors. We have metal shutters and heavy desks. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking lists of items. The tea guy comes by at 11 and 4, and that is the highlight of the day for most of us. We are just a group of people working hard in a busy part of Mumbai. It’s loud, it’s dusty, but it is home for us during the week.
