Semit Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Pvt.Ltd.

We are located at 115 Diamond Centre, right on LBS Marg in Vikhroli West. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and getting to work usually involves fighting through some heavy traffic every morning. Semit Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Pvt.Ltd. is where we handle a lot of the logistical and administrative side of the chemical business. We have some lab space too, where things are kept very tidy and everyone has to wear white coats. The rest of the office is a bit more relaxed, with stacks of papers and boxes of samples waiting to be sent out to different places. We deal with a lot of different formulas and ingredients. It requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't mix anything up. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we have a good flow going between us. The air conditioning is always running because the equipment needs it to stay cool, which is nice during the hot summer months. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements plastered on the walls here. We just have our lists of things to do and we get through them one by one. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the regulations change and we have to redo a bunch of paperwork. But it’s steady work and we like being in Vikhroli. It's just what we do to keep things moving.
