Our office for Sema Fibre To Finish Global Llp is in Mulund West, right on JSD Road. We are up on the 8th floor of the Ecstasy City Of Joy building, in office number 709. Being that high up, you can see quite a bit of the city sprawl, which is nice when you need a quick break from looking at the computer screens. The name sounds a bit long, but we really just handle the whole process from the raw fibre down to the finished cloth. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication with different units and mills across the region. Mulund is a good spot for us because it’s easy to get to most places from here. We aren't trying to pretend we are some giant corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team working out of this office every day. Some days it feels like we are just drowning in emails, but we manage to get through it eventually. There are a lot of other businesses in this building, so the elevators are always busy and there's a lot of noise in the halls. We usually just keep to ourselves and focus on our yarn and fabric specifications. We don’t go in for any big slogans or anything. Most of our work is just technical details and making sure the timing is right for our orders. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we’ve gotten pretty good at managing the stress of the deadlines.
