We are based in Chembur at Shop No 19 in 1/1 Shivaji Nagar. It’s right near Mangal Bazar, across from Swastik Chambers. It’s a very lively part of town with people everywhere. Being in a bazaar means there’s always something going on outside our door. We run a courier service, so we handle all sorts of small packages and documents. The shop is small and usually has boxes stacked up in the corners. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. It’s just a counter, some scales, and us. We’ve been in Chembur for a good amount of time now. We know a lot of the people who live and work around here. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don't use any slick marketing talk. We just tell people how much it will cost and when it will get there. Sometimes the delivery bikes get stuck in the narrow lanes, but we manage to get through. It’s a busy life, always checking the time and the addresses. We do our own packing often to make sure everything is secure. It’s just simple, practical work. We don't have a big mission statement. We just want to make sure your package reaches its destination without any trouble. If you’re walking through the bazaar, you can’t miss our sign. We’re just here doing our job every day, from morning till the market closes. It's a lot of work but we stay at it.
