You can find us at Room 102 in the Gambhir Industrial Estate. We are situated on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon East, tucked away in the Tiwari Estate area. It’s right behind the Virwani Industrial Estate. The whole area is pretty much nothing but trucks, tempo vans, and big warehouses. We spend our days managing various shipments and talking to drivers on the phone. The office is small and usually smells a bit like the exhaust fumes from the trucks parked outside. We have stacks of delivery notes and invoices piled up on the desks. It gets very loud because of all the heavy machinery moving around in the neighboring units. We aren't a global giant, just a local logistics office trying to keep things moving. Most of the time we are checking where a particular load has reached or why a truck is stuck in traffic. The rain in Goregaon can make the estate roads quite muddy, which often slows everything down. We’ve been operating from this unit for several years now. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you don't already know the estate. We don't have a fancy reception area with a sofa. If you come in, you'll just see us working on the computers or yelling into the phone. Logistics is mostly about solving these small problems before they get too big. We don't use fancy software, just what works for us.
