Satyam Saree Art Matching Centre

Satyam Saree Art Matching Centre is located in Marol Village. We are right by the Hanuman Mandir on the road in Andheri East, Khetwadi. The shop is quite narrow, and we have shelves stacked all the way to the ceiling with rolls of fabric and sarees. We specialize in matching things, so we have hundreds of different shades of thread and blouse pieces. It’s a colorful place, but it can be a bit overwhelming with all the stock we keep. Customers come in with a saree and we spend time trying to find the perfect match for the fall or the lining. Often, we have to climb up a ladder to get something from the top shelf while other people are waiting. The floor is usually covered in little snips of cloth and loose threads. We’ve got a couple of sewing machines at the back for small jobs or fixing edges. It’s a family-run kind of spot. We don't have a big fancy storefront or signs. It’s just a local shop where people from the village come in to get their stuff sorted out. Sometimes the shop gets very crowded and people have to wait outside on the street. We just take it one customer at a time. It’s a lot of manual work, checking textures and colors under the light. We don't do any big advertising. People just know we are here near the temple.
