Satpro Food Processing (Opc) Private Limited

This business is based out of Daund, specifically in the Indiravishwa area near the MSEB substation. It is a bit of a drive from the main Pune city center, but it's where we have our processing setup at plot 68. Since it is an OPC, it is mostly run by one person with a little bit of help from local workers who live nearby. We handle food processing here, which basically means taking raw ingredients and turning them into something packaged and ready to go. It is a lot of washing, cutting, and sealing work. The machines are a bit noisy and they need a lot of looking after to make sure they do not break down right in the middle of a shift. Daund is a quiet place compared to the big city, but we stay busy enough with the orders. We chose this spot because the rent was decent and it is close to where the farm produce comes in from the fields. The electricity sometimes goes out unexpectedly, which is why being near the substation is supposed to be a good thing, though we still have our moments of darkness. We do not have a big office or a lobby. Most of the floor space is taken up by the heavy equipment and plastic crates of supplies. It is a messy job sometimes, especially during the harvest seasons when everything arrives at the door at once. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the packets are sealed right.
