Our office is over in Santacruz East. We are Saraf Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd. It’s a busy part of town and the traffic can be a real headache some days, but we like it here. We deal with hospitality, so there is always something going on with food or events or making sure people are taken care of. It is not always easy work. Sometimes we are on the phone for hours or moving stuff around late at night. The office is just a regular place where we sit and get things done. We have some desks, a few old computers, and a lot of paper files that we probably should have thrown away years ago. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they know the family. Santacruz East has a certain feel to it, a bit more lived-in than the west side. We go out for lunch at the local spots and everyone knows each other. We’ve been doing this for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. New buildings go up and the roads get narrower with all the cars. But we stay right here, keeping the business going day by day. It’s just honest work and we try to do it right without making a big fuss. It is what we know how to do best. We just keep moving.
