Our kitchen is over in the Spectra Building, specifically in units 1105 and 1106. Being in Andheri West, things are always moving fast around here. We are right across from the Country Club, which is a big landmark that helps delivery drivers find us without calling ten times for directions. It’s a busy area of Prath, and we’re usually deep in work with the pots and pans long before the sun comes up. Most days start with checking the supplies that came in and making sure everything is ready for the day's orders. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of chopping or water running. We don't have a big front desk or a lobby to sit in because most of our space is taken up by the cooking equipment and the staff moving around. We just focus on getting the food ready and packed up correctly. It gets pretty hot in here during the afternoons, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We’ve been in this building for some time and the neighbors know us by the smell of whatever we’re cooking that morning. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. We’re just a local catering crew trying to keep up with the daily schedule and making sure we don't run out of ingredients. It’s hard work, but we like the routine of it all and the building is easy enough to get to once you enter Odhav.
