We deal with a lot of different things related to the pharmaceutical trade, and it keeps us on our toes. Usually, the phones are ringing and someone is always checking a list or a shipping schedule. We don’t really have a lobby with a fountain or anything like that. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. Most of us take our lunch breaks together or grab something from the local stalls nearby. The vibe in Santacruz East is very distinct—it’s got that old Mumbai energy that never really stops. We like being part of this neighborhood. It feels grounded. We don’t bother with fancy slogans or trying to sound more important than we are.
