If you have ever been down Mathuradas Vasanji Road in Andheri East, you know how hectic it gets. Our office is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai, and we’ve been here long enough that the sounds of the street just blend into the background now. We deal with a lot of different pharmaceutical products here. Every day there is a new list of things to check and shipments to coordinate. The office is usually full of papers and people talking on their phones. It’s not the kind of place where things stay quiet for long. We don’t really go in for those big mission statements you see in other places. We just focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the boxes are labeled correctly and the logistics are sorted out. Working in Andheri means you have to be fast, or you get left behind. We have a lot of staff who have been with us through many changes in the industry. We just take things one day at a time and try to handle the workload without getting too stressed out. It’s a solid place to work, even if the commute on the metro or the local trains is a bit of a struggle for some of us. There’s always someone running a bit late because of the traffic, but we make it work together.
