Sankalp Entertainment India Pvt Ltd is located on the ground floor of Kuber Bhuvan on Bajaj Road. Being in Vile Parle East is great because it’s a very active neighborhood. Our space is pretty basic. We have some desks and a lot of equipment stored in the back rooms. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for us to load things into the car when we have to go to a show or an event. We handle all sorts of entertainment stuff for parties and local gatherings. It’s not always glamorous like people think it is. There’s a lot of cable sorting and checking sound systems involved. Bajaj Road can get pretty narrow with all the parked bikes and people walking, so it’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our staff lives nearby, so we are all locals who know the area well. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything. People usually hear about us from someone else in the area. We just focus on making sure the equipment works and the performers know where to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and making lists. Sometimes we are working late into the night to get ready for the next day’s schedule. It’s just how the entertainment business goes. We like the vibe of Vile Parle. It’s friendly and familiar for all of us.
