Sanghvi Overseas

Sanghvi Overseas is situated on the second floor of Kanji Mansion, which is at 311 Svp Road. It’s right there on L B S Road, just opposite 7th Khetwadi. Being in an old building like Kanji Mansion gives the place a lot of character, even if the stairs can be a bit of a climb sometimes. The office is usually packed with papers because we deal with a lot of overseas stuff. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic on SVP Road, but we’ve gotten used to the constant honking. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through files and talking to people about their requirements. We’ve been at this spot for a long time, and we know almost everyone in the building. It’s a busy neighborhood, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, sit at our desks, and try to get the work done without making too many mistakes. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, or the tea guy is late, and we just take a break until things are back to normal. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are right for whatever we’re sending or receiving. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it long enough that we have a good feel for how things move through Khetwadi and beyond.
