Samrudhi Architect

We are located at 8/A West View on Khetwadi 10th Lane. It is right in the Charni Road area of Mumbai. If you've ever walked through Khetwadi, you know how narrow the lanes are and how much is going on at once. Samrudhi Architect has been operating out of this space for some time. Our office isn't one of those shiny ones you see in magazines. It’s a working space. There are rolls of drawings everywhere and the sound of the city coming through the windows. Being in the 400004 area code means we are close to the heart of the old city. We spend our days drawing and planning. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes we are arguing over a measurement or waiting for a delivery that's stuck in traffic on V P Road. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just do the work and hope people like it enough to tell their friends. Charni Road is a good place to be because everything is accessible. We might be a bit cramped in this office, but it keeps us focused. We are just regular people who enjoy building things. We don't use corporate jargon. We just talk like normal folks. If you find your way down the 10th lane, you’ll find us there, probably busy with a new set of plans or looking at a site map.
