Our office is located at Mangalam House, which is number thirty-eight on Puttanna Road. We are quite close to the GPO, so it is a fairly easy landmark for people to find. The building has that old feel to it, which we actually quite like. Inside, we spend our time on phones and typing away at our keyboards. PR is a lot of talking and trying to get people to pay attention to certain stories. We have a lot of files and newspapers lying around most of the time. It is a bit of a climb up to our floor if the lift is busy. We aren't a massive agency with hundreds of people. There’s a small group of us here who know each other well. We eat our lunch together most days. The area around Fort is always crowded, but it has a certain energy that keeps us going. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The desks are a bit old, and the walls could probably use some new paint, but it feels like home to us. We deal with all sorts of clients, some easier than others. It’s just how the business goes. We stay late quite often when there is a big deadline or something urgent pops up. It’s a simple, hardworking office. We don't have a lot of frills, just desks and phones. We focus on the work and keeping things moving along for everyone.
