Samkit Impex

Our business, Samkit Impex, is located up on the first floor of Shankar Bhuvan. The address is a bit of a mouthful, being on Bajirao Road in the Budhwar Peth area, but we also have ties to Malad East. It’s a typical office setup where we deal with import and export stuff all day long. The building is an older one, and we share the floor with a few other small businesses. We spend a lot of time checking shipping manifests and talking to suppliers on the phone. It's a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers, which isn't very exciting, but it’s what we do. The Pune office stays busy because of the location on Bajirao Road, which is always packed with people and vehicles. Inside the office, it's mostly stacks of files and a few computers. We aren't a massive corporation with a lobby; you just come up to the first floor and find us. We've been operating out of Shankar Bhuvan for a good while now. Most of our work is behind the scenes, making sure goods move where they are supposed to go. It’s a practical job that requires staying organized. We don't have a big sales team or anything like that. Just the core group of us making sure the orders are processed correctly every day. It’s a steady pace, and we like being part of the local business community here. It is just a regular office doing regular trade work.
