Samarth Pharmaceuticals is based at Samarth House, which is located on Ram Mandir Road in Goregaon West. It’s our own building, so it has a bit of a different feel compared to being in a shared industrial estate. Ram Mandir Road is a pretty well-known stretch in this part of Mumbai, and it's usually packed with traffic and people going to the station. We’ve been in this location for many years. It’s where all the magic happens, from managing stock to handling the accounts. The building isn't a modern skyscraper, just a solid, functional place that we call home. We have different floors for different parts of the business. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so there’s a lot of familiarity in the office. It’s not a stiff, corporate environment. We wear regular clothes and talk to each other like normal people. Sometimes things get a bit messy with boxes in the hallway, especially when a big shipment arrives or is going out. Goregaon is a busy place to work, but it’s also very convenient. There’s a lot of energy on the street outside. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or elaborate websites. We just focus on our daily tasks and making sure our clients get what they need. It’s a simple, honest way to run a pharma company, and it works for us. We just keep going. It is okay.
