Our office is located at number 14 in the Vaibhav Nagar Society, which is part of the Shanti Kun Building in Ghatkopar West. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the fish market. That means it’s always lively around here, especially in the mornings when the market is in full swing. You can hear the vendors calling out and see people rushing around with their shopping. Our building is a regular residential and commercial mix, and our unit is on the ground level. We have a lot of bags and envelopes piled up near the door, ready for the delivery boys to take out. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit crowded when everyone is here at once. We have a desk for the person handling the cash and the receipts, and a big table for sorting the mail. The smell of the market outside is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. We keep a small radio playing in the background to keep things cheerful while we work. It’s a very local operation, and most of the people in Vaibhav Nagar know us by name. We don't do anything fancy with our packaging or our office decor. We just make sure the items get to where they need to go. It’s a lot of manual work, but it keeps us busy and connected to the neighborhood.
