Sagar Caterers

Our kitchen is at Plot-788, Chandramani on Hanuman Road. It's a nice part of Vile Parle East, right near the Jain Temple. It’s a bit of a traditional neighborhood, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of the people on the street. Sagar Caterers is basically us making the kind of food people grew up with. We don't try to reinvent anything. We just stick to the basics. The morning starts early for us, getting the fresh produce in and starting the prep work. It’s a small team, mostly people from around here who know how to cook properly. We don't have a big fancy office, just our workspace where all the magic happens. The Jain Temple nearby is a good landmark if people are trying to find us. We mostly deal with local families who need food for their functions. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the wedding season, but we enjoy the hustle. We try to keep things organized, though it can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We are just cooks who take pride in our work. If the food is good, people come back, and that has been our experience so far in this business. We like keeping it real.
