Our office is Shop Number 13 on the ground floor of the Safex Centre. It’s in Pawar Nagar, which is over in Andheri East. Being Safe Express Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of packages and logistics every day. The ground floor location makes it easy to move things in and out. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going at all hours. We have a small team here, and everyone knows their job. The office isn't very big, mostly just a desk and a lot of shelves for parcels. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when a big shipment arrives. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking tracking numbers. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important to keep things moving. The air in Andheri East can get pretty dusty, especially with all the construction nearby. We usually have the fan going full blast. You can hear the noise from the street all day long. People come in to drop off boxes or ask when their delivery will arrive. We try to be helpful, even when it’s busy. We don’t use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. It’s a practical life, making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We close up in the evening and start all over again the next day. It is just the way the logistics business goes in this part of town.
