You can find Sadhna Fast Food over in the Mallappa Layout in Powai. It’s a busy little corner, and we’re usually right in the thick of it. The stove stays hot for most of the day, and there’s always the sound of something sizzling or a knife hitting a cutting board. We aren't a big restaurant with waiters and white tablecloths. It’s more of a place where you grab something quick and get on with your day. The layout here is full of people coming and going, so we see a lot of different faces. We don't have a polished way of doing things. If the weather is bad, the roof might drip a little near the entrance, and we just put a bucket out and keep going. That’s just how it is. We focus on getting the food out fast because that’s what people around here need. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients or cleaning up after the lunch crowd leaves. It’s a lot of physical work, and our hands are usually tired by the end of the shift. We don’t use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook, serve, and try to keep the place running smoothly for the next person who walks in hungry. It’s a local business, plain and simple, and we like it that way because it's what we know.
