S Thetique Architects

S Thetique Architects is found at B/3/1210Lbs Marg. We have been working from this address for a while. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren’t looking for it. Lbs Marg is always busy, so there is plenty of noise outside. Inside the office at B/3/1210, things are a bit more focused. We do architecture work here, plain and simple. Most of our day is spent looking at blueprints or talking to clients about their space. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. It's just a handful of us making sure things get designed properly. The office is usually a mess of sketches and notes, but that's just how we work. S Thetique Architects isn't about the showy side of things. We just like to get the drawings finished. Being on Lbs Marg means we are close to a lot of things, which is handy. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the place. It's a practical space for what we do. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the office look perfect. We’d rather spend that time on the actual projects. If you come by B/3/1210, you will see us just working away. It’s what we do. Not much else to say about it. It’s just our work life here on Lbs Marg.
