S & B Courier & Cargo

You can find us at 1-B Shanti 1, over in Andheri East. We’re tucked away near the National Park and not too far from the Jankalyan Bank. Running S & B Courier & Cargo means we spend a lot of our time surrounded by cardboard boxes and rolls of brown packing tape. The office isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or we’d never find anything. It’s a lot of weighing packages and writing out addresses on slips of paper. The traffic in Andheri can be a real headache, so our drivers are always checking their watches and trying to figure out the best way to get through the congestion. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting crates and moving bags around. We don't have a fancy tracking system that shows every second of the journey. We just use our phones and keep in touch with the guys on the road. Some days are completely hectic with people dropping off stuff at the last minute, and other days we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers all know us. It’s a plain, no-nonsense kind of business. We just focus on getting the cargo from one point to another without making a big fuss about it. It’s how we’ve always operated.
