Rusan Pharma Limited

We have been working out of Plot No. 58-D in the Charkop area for a long time now. If you know the Government Industrial Estate in Kandivli West, you’ve probably passed by our building. It’s a busy spot, always something happening with trucks coming in and out. Most of us here at Rusan Pharma Limited have been around for years. We handle the manufacturing and office work all from this one spot. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical space where we get things done. Some mornings the traffic on the way to Charkop is a bit much, but once we get inside, it’s all about the schedule. We have teams looking after the production lines and others handling the paperwork in the back. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure everything goes out on time. The industrial estate has a specific feel to it, very hands-on and straightforward. We don't spend much time on big meetings; we mostly just talk across the desks or out on the floor. People here know their jobs well. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the Kandivli community. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We just keep our heads down, focus on the day's tasks, and make sure the place keeps running. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it here in this part of Mumbai.
