Rusabh Painters operates out of the Shivan Building, specifically at number 31 in Kandivali West. It's a busy part of the suburbs. We’ve been here for years, and most people in the building know who we are by now. Our space is filled with everything we need to get the job done. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend most of our time out on sites, but Shivan Building is where we come back to at the end of the day. Kandivali West has a lot of energy, and we like being part of it. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our name on the building directory. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. The stairs in the building can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying gear, but we don’t mind. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep doing what we do from our little spot in Kandivali. It’s been our home for a long time, and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. Just a local team doing honest work. We try to keep things real and avoid all the complicated talk that some big companies use.
